How to Prevent Firefox Requires a Manual Update Popup

Using the Firefox web browser sometimes becomes a hectic task. Since the browser contains add-ons, it pushes various ads and pop-ups from time to time. The Firefox Requires a manual update keeps popping out on the screen while using Firefox which pretends that the Mozilla Firefox needs an update.
When we open a page on Firefox, the message pops up in the tab which redirects us when we click on it. It happens because of the add-ons which unintentionally get installed in the computer which sometimes results in the freezing of Firefox and making it unresponsive. But fortunately, there is a way through which you can troubleshoot the problem in a few minutes and make your Mozilla Firefox work again correctly.
Here how to prevent the Firefox Requires a Manual Update popup
The only way to prevent the popup from occurring is through Task manager and Windows Settings.
If you are receiving the popup continuously, then try to close the domain which you are currently viewing.
1.       Now press Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys to open Task Manager directly.
2.       Go to the Processes tab.
3.       Now you will see all the process running on your computer.

16.   Click Edit and then go to Find Next.
17.   Now enter the name of the programs you removed.
18.   If the Windows Registry shows files and folders related to the search in the results, then remove all of them.
With the use of the Windows Registry, you also remove the hidden file of Firefox requires a manual update.
Resetting the Mozilla Firefox
Since the popup has been removed from the system, but still the web browser contains some add-ons which keep appearing like an alert. It is necessary to reset the Firefox browser as well.
1.       Open Mozilla Firefox.
